Wedding dining menus are meticulously prepared by world-class chefs to ensure you spend more quality time with your guests and organize a more comfortable wedding experience. For your catered organizations, you may choose from the exquisite menus listed below.

Royal Menu

Complex Istanbul, our sports-oriented culture and activity center, is also at your service for joyful gatherings such as weddings. We are delighted to host you and your guests in our hotel’s elegant halls (specifically our “Mabeyn” hall).

Among our all-inclusive wedding packages and proposals, the wedding meal is undoubtedly one of the most crucial elements. The Complex Istanbul kitchen has prepared two exclusive wedding dining menus under the “Royal” collection. (Both menus generally consist of a starter plate, a warm appetizer, a main course, and a wedding cake. The preparation and service of the wedding cake are included in our package programs.)

Royal Menu 1:

  • Olive Oil Starter Plate: Fresh green beans in olive oil, stuffed bell peppers, stuffed vine leaves, white cheese, haydari, tomatoes, cucumbers, and seasonal greens.
  • Warm Appetizer: Mushroom crepe bundle served with tomato sauce.
  • Main Course: “Beef Entrecôte” served with soufflé potatoes, seasonal vegetables, and demi-glace sauce.
  • Dessert: Wedding cake.

Royal Menu 2:

  • Turkish Appetizer (Meze) Plate: Circassian chicken, hummus, eggplant salad, haydari, lentil patties, spicy mashed salad (acılı ezme), white cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, and stuffed vine leaves.
  • Warm Appetizer: Cheese-filled flaky pastry (talaş böreği) served with spiced yogurt sauce.
  • Main Course: “Lamb Tandoori” served with seasoned rice (iç pilav), seasonal vegetables, and jus sauce.
  • Dessert: Wedding cake.

Our culinary enthusiasts may curious about the recipes for the demi-glace and jus sauces. As any gourmet knows, the secret to red meat lies in the sauce; however, we respect our chefs’ professional secrets and keep these recipes confidential. We offer menu tasting sessions before the event so you can experience these flavors firsthand.

Wedding Dining Prices 2019

At Complex Istanbul, we have prepared two different menu groups to host your happiest day. Every menu is full of flavor and prepared with care by our master chefs. Our price policy for 2019 is guided by the principle: “Your satisfaction is our priority.”

Lalezar Menu

We have named our first menu group “Lalezar” (The Tulip Garden). You can choose between two distinct lists in this group:

Lalezar Menu 1:

  • Hors d’oeuvre Plate: Eggplant salad, kisir (bulgur salad), haydari, Ezine cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, and lemon.
  • Warm Appetizer: Turkish water borek (su böreği) with cheese, served with mesclun greens and tomato sauce.
  • Main Course: Chicken breast stuffed with mushrooms, served with a creamy sauce.
  • Dessert: Wedding cake.

Lalezar Menu 2:

  • Olive Oil Combination Plate: Mini “imam bayildi” (stuffed eggplant), stuffed bell peppers, stuffed vine leaves, white cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, and seasonal greens.
  • Warm Appetizer: Spinach quiche served with hunter’s (chasseur) sauce.
  • Main Course: “Chicken Florentine” presented with creamy potatoes and a grilled vegetable tower.
  • Dessert: Wedding cake.

The “mesclun greens” mentioned in our Lalezar menus consist of baby spinach, baby arugula, sorrel, chicory, and endive—a perfect blend of Aegean herbs. The Lalezar menus are prepared with the grace and beauty that their name implies, ensuring a delightful experience for you and your guests.
