The Consul General of Kuwait, Mohammad F.M.F. Almohammad, visited Complex Istanbul. After touring the facilities and expressing his great admiration, the Consul General also congratulated the Kuwaiti National Team, currently in Istanbul for their training camp.
During his visit, Mohammad F.M.F. Almohammad conversed with the athletes and closely followed their training sessions. Following a mutual exchange of gifts with Faik Ersoy, Chairman of the Board of Sportingwork, he shared his impressions of the facility. He stated that a metropolis like Istanbul truly needs sports complexes of this caliber before departing from the premises.
Kuwaiti Women’s National Teams Arrive for Training Camp
The Kuwaiti Women’s National Basketball, Handball, Volleyball, Table Tennis, and Taekwondo teams arrived at Sportingwork on August 25th for their training camp. The facility will host the athletes until September 9, 2019. The athletes have expressed great satisfaction with the center, where training sessions continue late into the evening, until 11:00 PM.
